Physical P1


Walk or run the Waikereo Estuary or an estuary nearby :
On Sunday the 16th of June my mum and I walked the Papamoa Hills. We had done it the weekend before as well but I found it easier the first time doing it. It was honestly so fun. I ran with my mum because she wants to get fit. I ran the Papamoa hills in 33 minutes and 42 seconds. I possibly could have gone faster but there were a lot of people on the track maybe because the weather was nice and it's a weekend. Of the four walks I did the Papamoa Hills walk 2 times and the Waikereo Estuary 2 times, I enjoyed the Waikereo Estuary walk the best because of the view. When running up the Papamoa Hills my mum stopped a lot so I helped her.  

The Papamoa hills was fun but my mum thought it was challenging. I loved doing this task because it got you fit and I just love walking and running. The Waikereo Estuary I did with my dad when he was not busy. We did the Waikereo Estuary on the 14th of April and the 28th of April. My dad loved doing the walk because he hardly ever goes out with me.
