Idiom means a group of words established to a meaning. It is a form of expression to a person. There are heaps of idioms. This saying comes from the hebrew prophet Jeremiah when he was trying to expain to people they cant change who they are. Eg. I dont think tom will order pasta instead of pizza. (He cant change his mind no matter how hard he tries)
